Is AISO generally available?
It is opening to pilots in batches. We work alongside the first organizations to get the process running, and assess whether yours fits the current batch.
Do we need to register our own mini program?
No. Authorize the platform and it applies for, publishes and upgrades the mini program for you.
Can other organizations see our member data?
No. Data is isolated per tenant, and key actions are logged.
Is it only for chambers of commerce?
No. Any organization that has members, runs events and needs to connect people shares the same structure, from industry associations to alumni groups and foundations.
Does AISO include an AI assistant?
Yes. The secretariat sets its name, welcome line and suggested questions. It answers from the association's own products, organizations, news, events and forms, plus a knowledge base you maintain, and can attach cards that open the matching page.
How do we keep the knowledge base up to date?
Paste an official web address and the page text is fetched for you to review before saving. Documents keep their source address; a re-check flags any whose source page has changed, and nothing is overwritten automatically.

Yes. Live rooms and the anchor whitelist are managed in the back office; meetings and courses support live and replay, and WeChat Channels accounts can be bound.
