Questions about WANGPU
Do I need a special scale or new hardware?
No. It runs on a phone; no scale to install and no device to replace.
What if the market has no signal?
You can keep making orders offline. They upload automatically once you reconnect.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The iPhone app is in App Store listing and the HarmonyOS app in Huawei AppGallery listing; download links go up once they are live.
My phone's security app warns against installing. Why?
New packages have not built up download counts on phone security whitelists yet, so a one-time warning appears. Choose continue installing.
What languages and currencies does it support?
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English; RMB, Hong Kong dollars and Macau patacas.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Give staff and finance their own accounts; each order is recorded under whoever made it, and purchase costs and stock stay hidden from them.
Do my customers need to install the app?
No. You send them the slip or statement, and they open it directly.
Is it readable in the dark?
Yes. Night mode switches to large white-on-black text, and you can set it to turn on by itself from 3 to 7 a.m.
