FAQ

Questions about AIFO

Who is SHEYU AIFO for?

Hong Kong Type 9 family office companies that need client onboarding, compliance, asset records and client service in one system.

Does it cover enhanced due diligence?

Yes. EDD sits between CDD and suitability matching in the compliance chain, with extra review for high-risk clients.

How are suitability decisions recorded?

Risk assessments are versioned. Each recommendation keeps an evidence chain, a client confirmation step and outcome tracking, and suitability notes cannot be altered.

Is client data separated between firms?

Yes. The platform isolates each tenant's data.

Are commission payouts automatic?

The ledger and cross-tenant reconciliation are in place. Settlement payouts are switched on only after our operations team configures them.

What does the AI assistant record when it looks up client data?

Each lookup is written to an append-only log: the tool used, the data scope, row count, whether sensitive fields were involved, and a SHA-256 hash of the reply rather than the reply itself.

How are multi-currency assets valued?

Each valuation snapshot stores the value in the original currency, the FX rate and the HKD equivalent, along with its source such as manual entry, broker or appraisal.

Can prospects reach an advisor on WhatsApp or LINE?

Yes. Advisor business cards can list WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE and LinkedIn, and include a lead form.
